Dan is not a dick.  So, if you're a bass player, you should join his band.

So is Joshman.  I think the bigger coincidence was that at one time we all lived in the Nokomis area.

Re: In search of a bass player

Josh - I texted Cooper earlier this month when I was flying to Dallas, cuz while waiting for my plane to board, I noticed someone who looked like a perfect cross between you and Tony Romo. Sadly, I couldn't get a picture. But this was just scary. A total hybrid doppelganger.

Not really going anywhere with this, I spose...

I never looked that closely before, but I can see me as the Hebrew school version of Mr. Romo.  Except I'm older, fatter, poorer and not dating Jessica Simpson.

I'm headed to Dallas in a few weeks, so maybe my pod person just has a jump start on me?

If Josh doesn't join this band I'm going to be pissed.

Seems like a perfect fit to me.  And everyone knows... that when I say "perfect fit" it ALWAYS works.  Right, Coop? Stick out tongue

Perhaps an even bigger cooincidence might be that I also play bass and If I think about it really really hard, I bet I'd find that I'm not more than 2 or 3 degrees of bass gear away from any of you.

I really enjoy me some bass gear. And Josh's fretless chops. And his age.

The subject has been broached 'tween him and us. No doubt the dude has the chops. We've agreed there will need to be discussing done though.
