What are some good places to pick up ATA cases for a head and cab?  Is there anywhere local?

Not sure about local, but this guy has some high quality cases and good service. I purchased a case for my 5150 head from him many years ago and will be getting more stuff from him in the future.

I have an Angstrom case as well and I recommend them. As long as they have your case in inventory you'll get it within a week in my experience.
