We've been playing together for several years, so we're completely ready to go instrumentally. We just need some vocals. At the moment our guitar player is handling lead vocals, but we are looking for something more.

We are going for a rock/hard rock/metal sound with solid musicianship and something more complex/interesting than the kind of stuff you hear on the radio. At the moment we have a CD recorded (with vocal parts and lyrics written) but need someone to lay down vocals. We are also in the process of writing a lot of new material. Hopefully we can find someone who likes our sound and direction and can start with what we've created thus far and then put his own stamp on new songs.

We need a rock singer. Someone who can do aggressive singing or even maybe a little bit of screaming/yelling or whatever... but also a lot of stuff that is more mellow. We kind of try to do something a little bit different on each song, but I guess we're open to what this singer needs to sound like. We need, first and foremost, someone who is skilled and can sing accurately on pitch. We'll work out style after that.

If you can play a little bit of rhythm guitar and/or keyboards (even if it's basic) that is a HUGE PLUS. We have 2 guitars, but would love to be able to work in a 3rd guitar on occasion and are looking to throw in some keys on some of the newer material we're working on. If you're good and you don't play any instruments, that's cool too.

Those are a few songs that we have recorded (no vocals).

If you're interested, please email contact@overmatter.net and we'll go from there.

We are also playing Station 4 on Saturday, May 17th if you want to check out what we sound like in person.

Thanks
