We are serious about writing, recording, releasing, touring and repeating. 

In an ideal world, you can play enough guitar or bass to get your musical ideas across.  It would rule if you can sing backup vocals as well.

 Whew, I thought we had a conflict, but alas we are shooting for a 2nd quarter release in 2112...
