May 31st - Kickball/Cookout Opener W/half barrel

Yup, the opener will be May 31st.  I will have a half keg of beer, and a couple dozen burgers JUST for the first one.  It's a limited supply of food, so if you want something, please bring it.  ALL are invited....in particular those who WILL PLAY KICKBALL!  Kids are welcome, but I will warn that people will swear, and act like drunken musicians.  If you don't want your child to see you drink and others getting drunk, don't bring them.  If you want to come and need my address, please msg me here, or email to sianetradio AT gmail

Wow....what a surprise.....coop is busy that ONE weekend.  The weekend before is Memorial Day weekend and I wanted to make sure it was decent weather this time.

 haha... yeah, usually I don't do anything largely because I'm lame.  I'll be attending a bachelor party that day and night.

I'm at a wedding on June 7th - not that that should affect anyone's decision, but it is kind of a musicscene royality wedding, so lots of musicsceners might be at it...

The 7th is the Lymphomathon, a fundraiser BBQ I'm co-hosting and then a big ol concert on the west bank (Finnegans ShamRock), on top of the O&L thing.

I'd happily offer to co-host it at my place on the 31st if interested. There's a ball field 100 yards away, possibly an additional keg on hand (plus the bar and bbqs), and plenty of crash room. I'm not tryin' to steal your thunder or anything, but there's going to be a bbq and party there anyway....and I do look forward to kickball!

Well, I posted on another site the 24th, then realized that was Memorial day weekend.  That's why I picked the 31st.  I have to have it at my house(I'll tell you why later.....It may be a going away party for someone).  However, maybe we could call it a full day event and it just starts at my house, then finishing that night at yours.  I changed my date, and don't want to step on your  toes.  If we start here at 1pm, get kick ballin' by 3:30 and finish up by 5 that should give enough time for everyone to get over to your house for the evening portion of the party.

Then if there's anything left of my beer, we can take it to your house.........
